Well I did it. i jumped back into the job hunt. I have decided a change is needed for 2007. So, three resumes out, including one in a completely different field, and 2 more to go. Hopefully any review I have next year will not come down to - your external and client survey scores are all excellent and above department average, but your internal team members say they do not want to work with you - they don't like your "tone" - yes tone, no examples, problems, incorrect conclusions, just my tone. WTF!

Mind you 83 external contacts and clients rated me above my department average in ALL categories. And in some cases I exceed the average by 3/4 of a point.

Only 13 internal "team members" responded to the survey - 5 anonymously. 8 reponses gave me a 5, 6, or 7, (with 7 being highest scores) in all categories, 5 flayed me with 1-3's. My entire review? - based on the 5 flays. Well who needs that?

New job, here I come.
