So today HR called to follow-up on my complaint. After telling me she is sorry that it took so long, she was busy with her baby and only working part-time, blah, blah, blah, and oh yeah, - don't tell anyone but she is quitting her job- she informed me, that well, nothing is going to happen. Nothing!

Yes, what he did was - and I quote - "rude, insensitive and unprofessional - but, he felt he had a business reason so nada. No warnings, no put on notice, no memo to file, no demotion. No apology (not that I would accept it - nothing!

Work still sucks. Today I was crying so hard I hyperventilated. Then my boss walked in. Hell, he walked in even when I shook my head no, through the window. He just opened the door and walked in. Not to see if I was okay, but to bully me into taking a new client. He would not leave until I agreed. I asked him in between tears to leave, leave, leave, over and over, said I can't talk about this now, but no he just kept staying. And, no that is not bullying according to his boss.

Need to get out soon.
